During our retreats we focus on allowing you to receive enriching teachings and guided meditations from a Buddhist meditation master, practice daily yoga to deepen your relaxation and mindfulness, explore the beautiful mountain surroundings, and have an opportunity to receive one-on-one spiritual counselling from our spiritual director Kushok Lobsang Dhamchoe.
