
Activities
The retreat schedule is designed to offer a balance of movement and stillness. Opening the day with yoga and meditation sets the stage for relaxing into the serenity and calmness that the natural setting of the retreat offers. Surrounded by mountains, lakes, and rivers there is a healing and nurturing quality to the environment. The full service resort, luxury accommodations, and provided meals make the days worry free. The only thing you need to think about is which adventure you will explore in your free time each day. The Resort and Jasper sections below given you some suggestions for optional activities.
Resort Activities
The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge Resort is located on 700 pristine acres in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. Right on the resort grounds you will find walking trails, lake activities, mountain bike riding, horseback riding, a luxurious spa, one of Canada’s premier golf courses, a pool and health club, and more. In the summer months, enjoy guided boat tours on Lac Beauvert, guided nature hikes, kayaking and canoeing lessons, golf short-game clinics, lawn games, pedal boat rentals and stand-up paddleboard rentals.

Jasper Adventures
Jasper National Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The charming historic town, surrounded by the majestic peaks of the Rocky Mountains, features a museum, information centre, adventure and tour companies, shopping, art galleries, restaurants, and more.
Outside Jasper you will find many gorgeous natural settings and adventures to explore including:

- Whitewater rafting with a local company
