Jasper Activities

The retreat schedule is designed to offer a balance of movement and stillness. Opening the day with yoga and meditation sets the stage for relaxing into the serenity and calmness that the natural setting of the retreat offers. Surrounded by mountains, lakes, and rivers there is a healing and nurturing quality to the environment. The full service resort, luxury accommodations, and provided meals make the days worry free.
